The villa complex in Baabe opened in July 2019 and is located right next to the beach and the sea. It consists of two buildings: “Düne” and “Strandläufer.” Thanks to its seaside location, many of the exclusive apartments offer a magnificent view of the sea.



In total, there are approximately 40 high-quality, modern residential units, all with a balcony or terrace, floor-to-ceiling windows, and heated floors. A communal sauna with a relaxation room (for a fee) is located in the basement. A washing machine and dryer are also available there for a fee.

This modern, bright holiday rental for 3 people offers all the comforts for a relaxing holiday. The living area features a cosy sleeper sofa with a sleeping surface measuring 150 x 200 cm. From here, you can step out onto the balcony, which offers a side view of the sea. The kitchen area is well-equipped with high-quality appliances and features a cosy dining table. The bedroom, decorated in a nautical style and featuring a double bed measuring 180 x 200 cm, includes an additional TV. Wi-Fi is, of course, available.

The Seeufer holiday apartment is located on the ground floor of Villa Strandläufer and is part of the Baabe villa complex, which opened in 2019.



The apartment has a living/dining room with a kitchenette. It is equipped with a dishwasher, an oven, a ceramic cooktop, and a refrigerator with a freezer compartment.



The bedroom is furnished with a double bed (180 x 200 cm) and a TV. The living room has a sleeper sofa (150 x 200 cm) for a third person.



The bathroom has a shower, and a hair dryer is also provided.
