Our holiday paradise is situated on a sunny plateau above Sautens in the Ötztal Valley, surrounded by meadows and forests.
It is about 3 km from the town centre and about 6 km from Ötz.
Dogs are warmly welcome here.
We offer a barbecue area, a children’s playground, and spacious lawns for sunbathing—all free of charge. A private natural pond is located in the immediate vicinity. Lake Piburg is also just a 20-minute walk from us.
Free Wi-Fi is available in all five holiday apartments and houses. NEW: Air conditioning in Holiday Apartment Type 4

We rent out Landhaus Anna (for 1–6 people), Chalet Astrid (1–4 people), and 4 holiday apartments in the main house. (for 1–6 people).

From here, you can reach Tyrol’s best ski areas in just a few minutes by car. The Hochötz ski area is just a 5-minute drive away.
The Kühtai ski area is a 25-minute drive away, and Sölden is a 30-minute drive away.
You can reach Ober- and Hochgurgl in 45 minutes.
We offer a free ski shuttle to the nearby valley station of the Hochötz-Kühtai ski area.

Other winter sports options: 2 toboggan runs in the immediate vicinity of our complex. Ice skating, night skiing, cross-country skiing, curling, etc.
