We had a fantastic stay at The Serene in Harlem! The management team went above and beyond to accommodate our needs, and their responsiveness was outstanding. Whenever we had a request or needed something replenished, such as towels, body wash, shampoo, toilet paper, or paper towels, they took care of it incredibly quickly. The unit was perfect for our party of three with comfortable beds, and having an electric cooktop, toaster, and coffee maker allowed us to prepare breakfast each morning and save money during our stay. The location was also very convenient, just a few minutes from the 125th Street subway station. Taking the express train, we could reach the Columbus Circle area in 15 minutes or less!Everything is managed electronically, which makes the experience convenient and efficient. Even when we needed help adjusting the AC settings, management responded promptly and corrected the issue remotely in no time.Overall, we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Between the comfortable accommodations, convenient location, and exceptional customer service, I highly recommend this property to anyone visiting NYC. We highly recommend this property!
