Private: natural state property 2'000 m2 (fenced). Parking (for 2 cars) at the house on the premises. Bus stop "Lamativie" 5 km. Tennis 500 m, riding stable 5 km, children's playground 500 m. Nearby attractions: Accrobranche Ferme de la Bitarelle 4 km, Tours de Merle 22 km, Collonges-la-Rouge 40 km, Gouffre de Padirac 40 km, Aurillac 40 km, Rocamadour 50 km. Exit to the terrace. 1 room with 1 french bed (140 cm, length 190 cm). Open kitchen (2 hot plates, mini-oven, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine, Capsules for coffee machine (Senseo) extra). Shower, sep. WC. On the lower ground floor: with shower/WC. Upper floor: (steep stair), 1 room with sloping ceilings with 2 beds (80 cm, length 190 cm), 1 french bed (140 cm, length 190 cm), shower/WC. Electric heating. Large terrace, east facing position. Terrace furniture, barbecue (portable), deck chairs (3). Beautiful view of the lake. Facilities: washing machine, iron, children's high chair, baby cot, hair dryer. Please note: non-smoking house. Maximum 2 pets/ dogs allowed. Smoke alarm. Offer by a private individual according to  Art. 155, IV of CGI.
