About the host
Hosted by Tonya Poston
I'm a Realtor, with American Way Real Estate and also an owner of an RV park, Old Mill Camp and General Store, located across from Cummins Falls State Park, one of Tennessee's largest waterfalls. In free time, my husband and I enjoy being with family and friends. Our house resides on a nearby mini farm, where we raise sheep. We are both lifelong residents of the area and both love living in Cookeville, Tennessee.
Why they chose this property
What I enjoy most about this area is having so much to see and do close by. Cummins Falls State Park and Burgess Falls are nearby for those who love waterfalls and the outdoors, while Cookeville is just about 10 minutes away for restaurants, shopping, and entertainment. Tennessee Tech is also convenient for guests visiting students or attending events. One of the unique things about the drive into Cookeville is passing a local buffalo ranch-you may even catch a glimpse of the buffalo along the way! It's a great location for enjoying the natural beauty of Middle Tennessee while still being close to everything Cookeville has to offer.
