Das Apartment liegt Recht zentral an der Hauptstraße Mayrhofens und verfügt über zwei Schlafzimmer, eine Küche mit Essecke, einen kleinen Flur, Balkon und ein Bad mit Dusche.Es gibt zudem einen Raum zur Ski-/Fahrradaufbewahrung mit Lademöglichkeit für E-Bikes.Die Ausstattung des Apartments ist zweckmäßig und in gutem Zustand. Die Vermieter reagieren sehr schnell auf evtl. Anfragen.Der Müll wird regelmäßig durch Personal aus der Wohnung geholt. Bei längerem Aufenthalt erfolgt zudem ca. zur Hälfte der Zeit ein Austausch der Handtücher.Leider platzte das Personal einmal nach kurzem Klopfen in unsere Wohnung rein, als wir da waren. Hier wäre ein "Bitte nicht stören Schild" wie in Hotels hilfreich um unangenehme Situationen zu vermeiden.Nicht geeignet ist das Apartment für Personen mit leichtem Schlaf. Dies ist einfach der zentralen Lage geschuldet und sollte bei der Buchung bedacht sein.Direkt gegenüber ist ein Diner, das bis 23 Uhr geöffnet hat. Nachtschwärmer laufen vorbei. Morgens donnert der Lieferverkehr durch die Straße. Fenster können daher nachts nur bedingt geöffnet werden.Dafür hat man Bergbahnen, Bushaltestelle, Restaurants und einen Supermarkt in unmittelbarer Nähe.Insgesamt hatten wir einen sehr schönen Urlaub. Danke dafür.
