This newly renovated 3-room apartment in Niendorf, located near the beach, measures 80 m², is on the 2nd floor of the building, and can accommodate up to 5 people (max. 3 adults and 2 children).

Through the front door, you’ll enter the separate, fully equipped kitchen, which features an oven, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a kettle, a coffee maker, a microwave, a dishwasher, and much more.
There is also a large dining table here for shared meals.

From the hallway and the kitchen, you can enter the spacious, light-filled living room.
Here you can spend cosy hours on the sofa in front of the flat-screen TV. Or you can use the comfortable armchair with a footstool to read an exciting book.
The first bedroom is accessible from the hallway and features a double bed (2x90x200 cm), a wardrobe, a sitting area with two armchairs, and another flat-screen TV.
Interior blinds and curtains ensure a restful night’s sleep here.
From the bedroom, you can step out onto the spacious balcony facing northeast, where you can enjoy the morning sun with a cup of coffee.
The balcony is furnished with outdoor furniture.

The second, open-concept bedroom is located in the converted attic and is accessible via a staircase from the living room.
Here you’ll find a double bed (140x200 cm, with a topper throughout) and a single bed (90x200 cm), as well as a chest of drawers.
An armchair with a footstool and a small table invite you to enjoy a cosy hour of reading.

In the bathroom, you’ll find a bathtub, a private washing machine for free use, a mirror, and a hair dryer.

For our younger guests, a portable cot, a high chair, a footstool, and a toilet seat are provided. A stair gate is also available for the safety of our younger guests.

Wi-Fi is available (no refunds or replacements will be provided in the event of disruptions or outages).
A parking space is reserved for you in the underground garage.
Permitted. Since your underground parking space is a duplex space (two cars parked one above the other), it is only suitable for vehicles with a maximum length of 5.0 m, width of 1.9 m, 1.5 m in height, and a total weight of 2,000 kg
The 1.90 m high entrance to the underground garage is located off Travemünder Landstraße.
Unfortunately, we CANNOT offer an alternative parking space.

This is a non-smoking apartment.
Pets are not allowed here.


Complex:

Quiet holiday complex near the beach: The apartments are stylishly furnished for 2–4 people and range from 50 to 64 m².
The modern residential complex is located in a quiet cul-de-sac.

The underground car park has a separate room for your bicycles. A parking space with duplex access is, of course, also reserved for you here.

The fine-sand beach is just 100 metres away, where you can dive right into the ocean. There’s also a bakery nearby.
The centre of Niendorf and shopping options are about 500 metres from your holiday complex.

A must-see is the beautifully designed harbour with its boats and small yachts.
Here you can enjoy a feast at one of the restaurants or buy freshly caught fish for your holiday meals at home.

A trip to the Hanseatic city of Lübeck, a good 20 kilometres away, is definitely worth it.
Here, you can take a harbour and canal cruise past the beautiful gabled houses, or visit the Niederegger Marzipan Museum and enjoy a little treat.
