Sunny 2-room holiday apartment with approx. 45 m² on one level (2nd floor) in a central location near the beach in the heart of Sankt Peter (Bad). Enjoy the magnificent view from the living room and balcony all the way to the sea. Just around the corner from the house are all the shops and restaurants of the vibrant spa town. The Dünentherme is also just a 5-minute walk away.

Living room with a sofa, 2 armchairs, SMART TV (cable), compact stereo system, dining table with 4 chairs, and a double bed with storage (2x 80x200 cm). Direct access to the large, covered corner balcony facing south and west with a magnificent view of the beach. Open kitchen with a small grill oven, microwave, stove with 2 ceramic burners, dishwasher, and refrigerator with freezer compartment.

The apartment includes a garage parking space (max. height 190 cm, width 230 cm, length 480 cm). Free Wi-Fi. On the ground floor of the building, there is a bicycle storage room and a laundry room with a shared washing machine and dryer available for a fee. The building’s central heating ensures a cosy living atmosphere even in winter.

Bedding is provided. Towels can be booked as an add-on. Pets and smoking are not allowed.
