For shared use: boccia. Private: natural state property 250 m2, beautiful garden to relax, parking (for 2 cars) at the house on the premises. Shop 14 km, grocery 1 km, supermarket 14 km, restaurant 1 km, bakery 14 km, bus stop "Laval-de-Cère" 7 km, bathing lake "Camps-Saint-Mathurin-Léobazel" 13 km. Golf course (9 hole) 17 km. Nearby attractions: Bretenoux / Saint Céré / Beaulieu-sur-D. 15 km, Loubressac / Carennac / Autoire 25 km, Gouffre de Padirac 30 km, Collonges-la-Rouge 40 km, Rocamadour 45 km, Aurillac 50 km. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Lac du Tolerme 20 km, Rénac-Plage 35 km. Please note: not suitable for small children.

Upper floor: (steep stair) lounge with sloping ceilings. 1 room with sloping ceilings with 1 french bed (140 cm, length 190 cm), shower/WC. Electric heating, wood heating. Small balcony, 2 small terraces. Terrace furniture, barbecue, deck chairs (2). Beautiful view of the river. Facilities: washing machine, iron, hair dryer, logs (free). Please note: not suitable for small children. Non-smoking house. Maximum 2 pets/ dogs allowed. Smoke alarm. Offer by a private individual according to  Art. 155, IV of CGI.
