The cosy “Heimathafen” holiday apartment is located on a quiet side street in Burhave, yet it’s still right in the heart of town—shops, a bakery, and restaurants are just a few steps away. The dike, beach, playground, and North Sea lagoon are also within walking distance.

The apartment is located on the second floor of the “Windrose” guesthouse and can accommodate up to 5 people. The heart of the apartment is the open-concept living/dining/kitchen area, which is beautifully bright thanks to its large window. This is the perfect place to spend cosy moments with your loved ones! Adjacent to this is the large balcony, which is bathed in sunlight all day long thanks to its west-facing orientation.

The kitchen is equipped with all standard appliances, including a microwave, and is fully stocked with everything you need to make your holiday the best time of the year.

For a restful night’s sleep, one bedroom features a comfortable double bed (180/200), while the second bedroom has a queen-size double bed and a single bed. The bedrooms can be completely darkened with roller shades.

The resort has reliable, high-speed Wi-Fi.

The resort features an indoor swimming pool that guests can use free of charge when it is open and available. There is also a sauna (for a fee, coin-operated) and a spacious lounge with a fireplace, where holiday reading material and various games are available for guests. There is also a room with a ping-pong table.

In the park-like outdoor area, you’ll find several seating areas and barbecue spots with built-in grills, as well as a children’s playground.

Please note that this holiday rental is strictly non-smoking!

Check-in is generally scheduled for 3:00 PM, and check-out should be by 10:00 AM. Depending on booking availability and prior arrangement, early check-ins and late check-outs may also be possible. Late check-ins in the evening may also be arranged if necessary.

In addition to the room rate, the following costs apply (as of 2026):

- a one-time fee of €70 for final cleaning,
- €2.50 per person per night for utilities,
- €7 per night per pet, if applicable.

In addition, a guest fee (“Kurtaxe”) must be paid to the municipality of Butjadingen.

Please pay all additional fees before arrival, either by bank transfer or via PayPal. After booking, please refer to your booking confirmation for the necessary details.

Bed linens and towels can be added to your reservation for a fee and will be provided upon arrival.

Keys are conveniently handed over via a key safe at the property.
