The primary bedroom has a king-size bed and en-suite bath. The secondary bedroom has a queen-size bed with convenient access to the second full bathroom. A dedicated workspace and high-speed Wi-Fi make the condo well suited for remote work.

Additional conveniences include central air conditioning and heating, in-unit laundry, an attached one-car garage, and one additional parking space directly in front.

Utilities, Wi-Fi, linens, towels and household essentials are included. Keyless self check-in provides easy arrival with a unique guest entry code.

Guest access

For community registration, guests will be asked to provide the full names of all occupants, a contact phone number and email address, and vehicle information when available prior to arrival. Guests will also receive the community governing documents and are expected to comply with community rules during their stay.

An exterior Ring doorbell camera monitors the private entrance area only. There are no cameras inside the condo.
