You’ll be staying in an energy-efficient home that was completed in early summer 2019. The ground-floor unit, “FeWo Am Teich,” was built to be wheelchair-accessible, featuring extra-wide doors and ample turning space in the bathroom and hallway. The upper holiday rental is particularly inviting for relaxation in the summer thanks to its huge sun deck. Both holiday rentals are new and modernly equipped. The holiday home is located in a quiet part of town very close to the town centre—about 600 metres away—but also very close to the lake, about 400 metres away as the crow flies. Despite the proximity to city centre, you can always get out into nature quickly. Both apartments are smoke-free. However, smokers are welcome to smoke on the terrace, as not everyone enjoys the lingering smell of smoke of any kind.
