Guter Beginn, Ende fraglich

Das Haus war ok. Zwei Zimmer haben eine abenteuerliche Treppe als Zugang. Am 3. Tag gab es in der unteren Wohnung kein warmes Wasser mehr. Erst am nächsten Tag kam der Mann der Besitzerin, konnte den Schaden bis zur Abreise nicht beheben, trotz großer Versprechungen. Das war eine erhebliche Einschränkung, nur eine Dusche für 7 Personen. Es wurdev eine Entschädigung zugesichert, dieses aber nicht eingehalten. Also, Vorsicht bei diesen Vermietern.

Hallo Werner, Vielen Dank, dass Sie uns Ihre Erfahrungen mitteilen. Wir bedauern aufrichtig, dass Ihr Aufenthalt nicht Ihren Erwartungen entsprochen hat. Wir nehmen jeden Kommentar sehr ernst und freuen uns, wenn Sie uns die Gelegenheit geben, die Geschehnisse aufzuklären. Was die Störung des Heizkessels in der unteren Etage betrifft, verstehen wir die Unannehmlichkeiten, die dadurch entstanden sind. Dieser Vorfall ereignete sich kurz vor Ostern, was es schwierig machte, das Gerät sofort zu ersetzen, trotz der Bemühungen des Eigentümers, der persönlich anreiste, um eine Lösung zu finden. Glücklicherweise konnte der Heizkessel am Samstag ausgetauscht werden. Wir bedauern auch das Missverständnis bezüglich der angebotenen Entschädigung. Der Eigentümer hat versucht, Kontakt aufzunehmen, um eine teilweise Rückerstattung vorzuschlagen, aber es wurden Schäden an der Wohnung festgestellt, die auf die Anwesenheit nicht gemeldeter Haustiere zurückzuführen sind, was den Vorgang erschwert hat. Was den Zugang zu den oberen Schlafzimmern betrifft, so entspricht die installierte Treppe den Sicherheitsstandards und wurde von zahlreichen Gästen ohne Unannehmlichkeiten benutzt.
