My mother-in-law chose this neighbourhood; she happily lived here for several years. When she passed, she left this house to my hubby (Ken), and because it has so many wonderful memories, we couldn't bear to part with this home.

This is also a quiet, family-friendly neighbourhood surrounded by great, respectable neighbours. It is conveniently located near hospitals, grocery stores, and more.

Our place is unique because we poured quality time into making our basement suite bright, spacious, and homey. We want people to feel it's their temporary home away from home.
