Stayed 4 nights and even with 7 adults we felt like we had so much space! House is actually 4 levels and realistically had 5 bedrooms. Kitchen has everything you need to make meals which we did daily since the grocery store is conveniently directly across the street. Easy walk to public transportation to get to Oktoberfest or old town to see the glockenspiel. Rebecca was quick to respond to any messages and super friendly with helpful tips.

Great, cozy place!

Place lived up to expectations. Only problems were that there was no warm water for showering and check out was at 10am even though it said 11am. Would stay here again though very nice place.

We stayed at Haus Bodensee for a weekend and had a wonderful time. The apartment is very well equipped and offers everything you might need. It spans three levels with plenty of bedrooms, and the ground floor features a spacious living room and a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area. Additional bedrooms are located both in the basement and on the upper floors. The location is excellent—just a short 15-minute drive from Munich & public transportation within walking distance. There’s also a supermarket conveniently located right across the street.

Oktoberfest!

My family and I really enjoyed this apartment for our trip to Munich! Initially had trouble getting to the apartment due to the wrong address being listed, but this seemed to be an issue with VRBO updates. Host was easily reachable and picked us up from the location we went to, within ten minutes. The location is a short walk to train station and we got into Munich easily each day! Having our own space was great and everything was clean. Thank you !

Alles da was man brauchte. Lediglich aber nur ein Doppelbett. Unter dem Dach viel zu warm. Sauber war es nicht überall

Warmwasser war bei Ankunft defekt, wurde aber noch am selben Abend repariert. Kein Antennenanschluss am Fernsehr, am 2.Abend vorhanden mit größerem Gerät. Parkplatz genau vor der Tür.
