Located directly on the shores of Lake Garda in San Felice del Benaco, with a magnificent view of the Manerba mountains and Garda Island, this beautiful, small resort awaits you with all the amenities you need for a wonderful holiday. Peace, nature, and entertainment are perfectly balanced here. The resort offers the following amenities: stylishly furnished accommodation surrounded by lush greenery, a modern sun deck with lounge chairs and umbrellas, as well as two pools with massage jets (guaranteed from approximately late May through late September) and a direct view of the lake, a beach café, and a fitness area, also with a direct view of the lake. For younger guests, there’s a small children’s play area. The resort’s own app lets you order delivery from the restaurant, pizzeria, and supermarket with just one click. Lake Garda is also ideal for numerous water sports. Golf enthusiasts will find great golf courses in the area.
The 34-square-meter Baia New Project mobile home is modern, bright, and comfortable. It features two bedrooms; one is furnished with a double bed, and the other with two single beds and a loft bed (for a child up to 11 years old). The kitchenette includes a stove, a sink, cutlery, dishes, pots, and a refrigerator with a freezer compartment. The combined living and dining area is furnished with a sofa and a satellite TV. The bathroom includes a shower, toilet, bidet, and sink. A partially covered wooden deck with a table and chairs is perfect for relaxing. Note: If you need more than one accommodation, this is usually possible with us, as we have several properties of the same type.
ARRIVAL DATE + LENGTH OF STAY
Please refer to the calendar for the arrival and departure dates as well as the minimum length of stay during your desired season. Note: If, for any reason, you are unable to arrive on the scheduled arrival date, you may of course check in the following day (please notify us before arrival). The same applies if you wish to depart early; in this case, departure on the previous day is also possible. However, the rental period and price specified at the time of booking remain unchanged.

The holiday village is located directly on Lake Garda and features a small pebble beach.

The resort features two hot tubs with massage jets on the sun terrace, perfect for relaxing.
FAMILY-FRIENDLY
A cot and a high chair can be provided upon request for an additional fee. There is also a small children’s play area available.

TOWN AND SURROUNDINGS
San Felice del Benaco is idyllically situated on the southwestern shore of Lake Garda. The main town, with its ancient alleyways and a romantically overgrown fortress ruin, is located about 2 kilometres above Lake Garda. From here, narrow roads lead to the beautiful swimming coves around Porto San Felice, Porto Portese, and the San Fermo headland. From Portese—a small hamlet belonging to the municipality—you have a beautiful view of the neighbouring town of Salò, which nestles in the bay of the same name. The centre of Portese has several nice restaurants to offer. Directly off the lakeshore of San Felice del Garda lies the island of Isola del Garda. On the island stands a stately villa in the Neo-Gothic Venetian style, which once served as a place of meditation for St. Francis of Assisi and can now be visited during the summer months. Every Wednesday, a lovely weekly market takes place in San Felice del Benaco, where you can find fresh fish, fruit, and vegetables, as well as unique sausage and cheese specialities at reasonable prices. It’s just a 1½-hour drive to Verona for a city trip, where you can explore its Roman heritage, the famous balcony of Romeo and Juliet, and, of course, the world-famous Arena with its open-air performances. To the west lie the cities of Brescia, Bergamo, and Milan, which is perfect for an extensive shopping spree. A drive around Lake Garda is always a memorable experience. Lake Garda offers an exceptionally wide range of amusement parks, zoos, climbing parks, and swimming pools. In Castelnuovo del Garda, for example, you’ll find Gardaland, one of Italy’s largest amusement parks. Families will find plenty to enjoy here, as there’s something for everyone—young and old alike—with over 40 attractions ranging from whitewater rides to a fairy-tale-themed world. Right next door, the Gardaland SEA LIFE Aquarium awaits, ready to introduce visitors to the underwater world. At Movieland in Lazise, breathtaking stunt shows await visitors. Special effects provide all the necessary excitement. Parco Natura Viva in Bussolengo (just a few minutes’ drive from the southeastern shore of the lake) is a zoo dedicated to the protection of endangered species, and its residents include several endangered animals such as tigers, leopards, and red pandas. Visitors can go on a safari along a walking trail and get up close to animals such as rhinos, hippos, and monkeys, separated only by natural barriers.
