Gemütliche Ferienwohnung mit Großem Balkon

From the living room, you can step out onto the stunningly beautiful, large balcony facing southwest. Here, you can relax in a beach chair and enjoy the view of the dunes and the Wadden Sea.

The open-concept living and dining area offers wonderful opportunities to spend time with the whole family. The spacious living room, with a comfortable sofa area, TV, and radio, offers wonderful opportunities for a relaxing holiday, whether it’s a fun evening of games or TV or a delicious meal with the family.

The modern built-in kitchen features, among other things, a 4-burner stove, an oven, a dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, and toaster—so you can prepare meals quickly and easily even while on holiday, all while enjoying a great view of the dunes.

The master bedroom is furnished with a comfortable double bed and a closet. There are two additional single beds on the apartment’s small loft. Please note that the spiral staircase leading to the loft is not suitable for small children.

The bathroom features a shower and a washing machine.

Dogs are not permitted in this apartment.

The house at Billstraße 24b is situated in a very beautiful location. In just a few minutes, you can reach the nearest beach access point to the 17-kilometer-long fine-sand beach. Here you’ll find plenty of space for sunbathing, comfortable beach chairs, and numerous sports activities such as surfing, kitesurfing, beach volleyball, and fitness.
At the nearby beach bar, you can enjoy breathtaking sunsets with a refreshing drink. During the day, they also serve delicious coffee.

The town centre and the bakery are just a few minutes’ walk away.

Juist offers you the perfect blend of relaxation and activity for your holiday!
During the season, a varied programme is offered at the Haus des Kurgastes and on the Kurplatz, and the seawater adventure pool as well as the Töwer-Vital-Welt invite you to pamper yourself.

You can explore the island’s impressive natural beauty on a hike, a bike ride, or an idyllic horse-drawn carriage ride.

Moin, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und bei dem herrlichsten Wetter den super Balkon genießen dürfen. Allerdings wäre ein Sonnenschirm hin und wieder von Vorteil gewesen, da es auch im Strandkorb recht heiß wurde. Es war ein sehr erholsamer Urlaub und wir freuen uns auf ein nächstes Mal. Eine wirklich außerordentlich gut gestaltete, gut ausgestattete und geschickt gelegene Fewo mit Balkon und Blick sowohl aufs Watt als auch in die Dünen (hinter denen wir die Nordsee zu hören glaubten)! (Nur ein Tipp noch: Wer auch das Dach-Gemach mitnutzen will, sollte treppentechnisch halbwegs fit sein.) Für uns gilt: Wiederseh'n macht Freude!!
