The holiday rental is located on the ground floor and offers 33 square metres of space for 2 people. It features a combined living room and bedroom with a double bed (box spring), satellite TV, and a radio with a CD player; a bathroom with a shower and toilet; and a sheltered outdoor seating area.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a ceramic-glass cooktop (including an oven), a dishwasher, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a coffee maker, a kettle, and a toaster, as well as a cosy dining area.
A cot and a high chair can be provided upon request.
Bedding and towels are provided.
For single occupancy of this holiday rental, only 60% of the base rate applies. Please note this in the comments field so we can adjust the rates.



Welcome to the idyllic town of Stadt Wehlen! Quietly situated on the Elbe River in picturesque Saxon Switzerland. We invite you to spend relaxing and eventful days in a friendly atmosphere. Located near the Dresden-Prague railway line, our little town is an excellent starting point for hikes throughout Saxon Switzerland.
Villa Margarete is located on the right bank of the Elbe in Stadt Wehlen, on a quiet residential street just a few metres from the river.
A good bakery, a picturesque “cyclists’ church,” and local restaurants are all easily and quickly accessible. Our holiday apartments are non-smoking and have been certified as 4-star accommodation.
In addition to guests of all ages, your four-legged companions are also warmly welcome.
The fee for dogs is €7.00 per day, with a minimum charge of €30.00. Please include a note regarding this in the comment field. Please bring a dog blanket or dog bed, as well as a towel for cleaning your dog’s paws! A parking space is available at the house.



On-site fees: A deposit of 50% of the total accommodation cost is due upon booking. You will receive a separate request for payment from the property owner.The remaining balance must be paid at least one week before arrival.



Check-in is from 3:00 p.m. to 10:00, and check-out is from 00:00 to 10:00.
