🔹The Arrival and the Suspended Walkway

The experience begins with the very first step: to reach the main entrance and the large terrace, you cross a spectacular retractable walkway that serves as a bridge between the hillside and the house. As if the villa were a ship suspended in a sea of trees, this architectural element marks the boundary between the outside world and your sanctuary. Once you’ve crossed it, you’ll be surrounded solely by the woods.

🔹The Interiors: Light, Materials, and Sustainability

The villa is designed to accommodate up to 6 guests (ideal for 4 people who wish to enjoy the spaces in maximum comfort, plus 2 flexible extra beds).
The living area is a breathtaking open space, dominated by enormous floor-to-ceiling windows that literally erase the boundaries of the walls, allowing the landscape to flow into the home at any time of day. The entire structure is a tribute to eco-sustainability: powered by an invisible solar panel system, it is equipped with a sophisticated underfloor heating and cooling system to ensure a perfect climate in every season.

🔹The Glass Terrace and The Retreat

A natural extension of the living room, a magnificent terrace opens up, covered by a spectacular, fully glazed roof. Beneath this light-filled architectural greenhouse, you’ll find a meticulously curated library filled with books and international architecture magazines, as well as a small, fully equipped fitness area.

The bedrooms feature a minimalist design focused on deep rest. The bathrooms, with attention to every single detail, offer a spa-like experience, highlighted by a beautiful freestanding bathtub positioned so you can relax while gazing out at the greenery.

🔹The Private Hill and the Two Horizons

The property includes an entire private hill at your exclusive disposal. As you stroll in complete freedom, you can go foraging and gather the wild bounty of the land: porcini mushrooms, prized ovuli mushrooms, local chestnuts, wild asparagus, and figs. To make the atmosphere even more poetic, a magnificent horse grazes peacefully within a fenced-off area of the estate, offering you a bucolic presence without ever intruding on your space.
But the real surprise awaits you when you reach the very top of the mountain: from here, the view opens up to a breathtaking spectacle. On clear days, you can admire the blue waters of the Gulf of Naples with the silhouettes of Ischia, Capri, and Procida on one side, and the snow-capped peaks of the Matese Massif on the other.

🔹The Architectural Shade, the Infinity Pool, and the Film Theatre

Designed as a suspended structure, the villa creates a vast, covered space beneath it that remains perpetually shaded. This true oasis of coolness flows seamlessly into the garden, the sun deck, and the spectacular infinity pool that seems to plunge into the woods. In this shaded area, you’ll find everything you need to enjoy the pool without interruption: a comfortable changing room, a full bathroom, and a convenient refrigerator area for your drinks. The sun deck is equipped with 6 lounge chairs and 2 umbrellas.
As night falls, the water lights up and the pool transforms into a screening area: thanks to the available projector, you can stream your favourite films from your PC onto a large screen hung on the villa’s facade, enjoying the cinema while floating in the water.

🔹Fire, Stars, and the Magic of June

Evenings continue around the grill area for outdoor dinners, or seated in a circle around the large stone fire pit. Far from any light pollution, the starry sky will be the only roof visible. And if you choose to visit us in June, you’ll witness a truly magical phenomenon: the darkness of the forest will come to life thanks to the silent dance of hundreds of fireflies.

🔹Remote Work, Privacy, and Logistics

For those who don’t want to sacrifice productivity, the entire property (both indoors and in all outdoor spaces) is covered by a state-of-the-art Wi-Fi network: you can set up your workspace in the living room, under the glass terrace, or even by the pool.

The villa is rented for strictly exclusive use. To ensure your utmost safety and peace of mind, the entire estate is completely enclosed and fenced. This guarantees not only uncompromising privacy but also a vast amount of indoor space available for private parking, including a covered parking spot and a fast-charging station for electric cars.
