This beautiful 2-room holiday apartment is located close to the centre of the Baltic Sea resort town of Zinnowitz on the ground floor and features a balcony. It measures approximately 52 square metres and can accommodate up to 4 people. A parking space, a lockable bike storage room, and bike racks on the property are available. Wi-Fi, a washing machine, and 2 drying racks are also available to you free of charge.

The holiday apartment is suitable for adults and children ages 5 and up.

The initial supply of bed linens and towels is not included in the total price. If needed, these can be booked as an add-on for a fee.
A well-behaved dog with a shoulder height of no more than 40 cm, or hypoallergenic dog breeds, is welcome for an additional fee.

This cosy two-room holiday apartment with a balcony measures 52 square metres. The spacious living area features a dining table, a flat-screen TV, and a large sofa (which can be converted into a bed for 2 people; sleeping area: 1.80 x 2.00 m), which offers exceptional sleeping comfort thanks to an extra mattress topper.
The open kitchen is equipped with a ceramic cooktop, oven, dishwasher, fridge-freezer combo, microwave, coffee maker, electric kettle, and toaster, and you’ll find a starter kit including dish soap, a sponge, a sponge, a tea towel, dishwasher tablets, coffee, and coffee filters.
The separate bedroom features a double bed (1.80 x 2.00 m), with new, higher mattresses for easier lying down and more comfortable getting up (firmness level 3), a closet for your holiday wardrobe, and a second satellite TV with a DVD player.
The modern bathroom is equipped with a shower/toilet, a hair dryer, and a washing machine. A clothes rack and an iron are also available for your use.
Two fans provide cooling on warm days. You are welcome to use a keyboard, videos, and books during your stay.
Wi-Fi is also available free of charge during your stay, as is a parking space at the house. Please use the parking area marked for guests.
