Sauberes Zimmer. Für ein WE war es ok. Kleiner Tip. Es sollten Frühstücksteller o. ä. verfügbar sein. Bei der Anreise fehlte uns der Code für das Keypad, aber nach einem Anruf konnte uns schnell geholfen werden.

Wohnung ok, Lage top

Das Positive vorweg, die Lage ist toll, ruhig und doch zentral. Direkt am Park, 4 Minuten bis zur Straßenbahn, oder 25 Minuten bis zum Markt. Nachdem wir uns durch zwei Schlüsselkästen und eine Türöffnungs-App gekämpft hatten, hatten wir zunächst einen positiven Eindruck von der Wohnung. Dies änderte sich jedoch zunehmend, als wir feststellten, dass sich das Mobiliar aus den günstigsten Produkten zusammenstellt, die sich finden lassen. Was auf dem Foto schick und geschmackvoll aussieht, entpuppte sich in Realität als billigster Schund. Getoppt wurde das Ganze von der Tatsache, dass im WC einlagiges Toilettenpapier bereitsgestellt wurde. Dadurch wurde der Eindruck verstärkt, dass es dem Gastgeber nicht um das Wohl der Gäste geht, sondern vordringlich um die schnelle Mark. Langfristig wird die Rechnung nicht aufgehen, da bei regelmäßiger Nutzung das Mobiliar vermutlich schon bald ausgetauscht werden muss. Kurzfristig ist es nur ärgerlich wenn Gäste aufgrund des Fotos die Wohnung buchen. Positiv sei noch erwähnt, dass die Wohnung selbst sehr sauber war, während jedoch im Vorflur über mehrere Tage schmutzig Wäsche lag.
