Please note: This is a Main house unit, and tenants are living in the basement, so some normal household noise may be heard at times.



EV charging is available upon request for an additional fee of $30 per day. Our charger is a 240V Level 2 EV charger. Please let us know in advance if you require this service.

➤ IMPORTANT NOTE FOR 1 WEEK STAY OR LONGER:

Toilet paper, garbage bags, and basic toiletries will be provided for the guests at the beginning of the stay. It will then be the guest's responsibility to provide for these for the remainder of their stay.



Guest Access:

➤ Guests will have access to the entire upper unit. Please note that the backyard, garage, and the electrical/mechanical room are not accessible to guests. Everything else is yours to enjoy! Please make yourself at home.



➤ Availability of a free shared driveway parking spots ( 2 spots)



➤ Street visitor parking is available until 11:00 PM. After that, vehicles may be towed.

Whether you're visiting family, working remotely, or exploring the city, this location provides easy access to everything you need.

Other Things to Note:

➤ The property is equipped with both heating and air conditioning; however, we cannot guarantee that you will achieve a comfortable temperature if your preference falls outside the range of approximately 17 to 25 degrees Celsius. Additionally, due to the nature of short-term rentals, where guests may frequently come and go, we cannot promise 100% uptime, as some guests may inadvertently push the systems beyond their capacity, necessitating repairs.



➤ Unfortunately, I can't offer a bag drop-off service. For those arriving early or having a late flight, you can use the bagbnb site to find options to drop off your bag for a fee.
