Private: property 2'000 m2 (fenced), garden 1'000 m2 (not fenced) with wildlife garden and trees, swimming pool (8 x 4 m, seasonal availability: 15.May. - 01.Oct.). WC in the pool area, outdoor shower. In the house: storage room for bicycles, bicycles available (extra). Available: bicycles (3), children's bicycles (3). 100 m long steep, narrow motor access to the house. Parking at the house. Grocery 1 km, bar 1 km, bakery 1 km, café 1 km, bicycle rental 100 m, bus stop 900 m, sandy beach "Arma di Taggia" 30 km. Cycle lane 27 km.
