The approximately 40m2 apartment is located on the ground floor and offers the possibility to shop nearby at the Augustin Center at Volg and the famous Hatecke butcher shop. The apartment has been newly furnished. Located centrally in the upper old village center, the quiet studio impresses with its optimal location to the local bus and PostAuto stop, to the restaurants and with its view of the green surroundings. The Motta Naluns ski area and the Scuol-Tarasp train station can be reached by local bus in just under 10 minutes. In summer, the entire Lower Engadin offers beautiful hikes, whether short or long. The panoramic hike from Ftan to Scuol is particularly popular. Additionally, the Swiss National Park is nearby.
