The private outdoor area includes a pool (open from June to September), a garden, a terrace and barbecue facilities.



The property is a 10-minute drive from the St Ferrol leisure centre, 15 minutes from Castelnaudary, 45 minutes from the medieval city of Carcassonne, 50 minutes from Toulouse and 1.5 hours from the beaches of Gruissan.



You have a parking space on the property, and additional free parking can be found on the street. Families with children are welcome. One pet is allowed for an additional fee. Smoking and events are not permitted. Please leave the sheets and towels in the laundry room before your departure. Final cleaning must be carried out by you.
