Tressow, characterised by a beautiful avenue of chestnut trees and well-preserved, historically protected buildings along the village street, offers above all a sense of village comfort, tranquility, and beautiful views of the surrounding terminal moraine landscape.



Tressow is located on the “Castle Tour” bike trail between Schwinkendorf and Ulrichshusen and on the handcarroute from Waren-Müritz to Schwinkendorf.

For several years now, the Ulrichshusen Estate has been offering holiday apartments, hotel rooms, and conference rooms in an idyllic setting.



Apfelhof Holiday Home:

You’ll find a truly unique holiday home in Tressow, situated on the outskirts of the village in a secluded location at the Apfelhof Tressow, nestled in Mecklenburg Switzerland, the Mecklenburg Lake District, and near the Schwinzer Heide Nature Park.
You can explore the area by bike, boat, on foot, or by car, visiting the numerous lakes, forests, castles, churches, and national parks. Or simply enjoy the peace and quiet on the 1-hectare property. Set up your hammock between the apple trees in the meadow, listen to the nightingale in the evening by the campfire, and enjoy the dazzling starry sky. 
Perhaps you’ll discover the region’s diverse birdlife (Special Bird Area)?
Perhaps you’ll enjoy a concert at the Ulrichshusen Castle Festival?


The half-timbered house was rebuilt using ecological and sustainable building materials (clay, wood) aufgebaut.Es, the ground floor features a kitchen-diner with a wood-burning stove and a cosy sofa area, as well as a bathroom with a bathtub. Two cosy bedrooms are located in the attic.
Enjoy breakfast on the south-facing terrace or, if it rains, under the covered terrace on the north side. A Thüros grill is available for your barbecue evenings.
We have intentionally omitted a TV and dishwasher. Numerous DVDs, games, and books are available for rainy days.
The house has a Wi-Fi connection with 6 Mbps.
You’ll be welcomed with delicious apple juice from our own farm cider press and fresh eggs from the region...
