Welcome to our waterfront River House on Doe Creek, just minutes from the Tennessee River. You will have your own water access from a private dock. Cruise from Doe Creek to main Tennessee River in minutes by boat or take the kayaks. This unique 3-story home features 2 kayaks, covered porches with swings, grill, fire pit, fish cleaning station, private dock, private boat launch, and space to unwind after a day on the water or enjoy the views of the water and wild life. We have been told it also has a treehouse vibe as you will be surrounded by trees on the 3rd main level. Start your mornings with coffee overlooking the water from the porch or dock, then spend your days fishing, boating, or enjoy peaceful surroundings.
