Just around the corner, you’ll find yourself right on the kilometer-long panoramic dike, looking out over the vast, glittering mudflats all the way to the horizon. Inside, the 85-square-meter semi-detached house has all the practical and cosy amenities you need for your North Sea getaway. These include, for example, the guest bathroom, the two bedrooms—one with a double bed (180 x 200 cm) and one with two single beds (90 x 200 cm) and a desk. But first things first: quickly stow your luggage in the spacious closets and freshen up in the modern, natural-light-filled bathroom with a shower. There’s also a washing machine there, in case you’re planning a longer stay. The rustic kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, stove, oven, refrigerator, coffee maker, and a large worktop, so you’ll hardly need to visit a restaurant at all. Of course, we still recommend trying the delicious Frisian cakes from the Pharisäerhof or all the regional specialities at the local restaurants. The living-dining area has a maritime vibe. Cast off! All passengers aboard the cosy sofa—and off you go on a journey of imaginative adventures. Across from it are the TV and the dining table—this is where people play, laugh, and chat late into the night. The fiber-optic internet connection and final cleaning are included in the rental price. We’re happy to provide a travel cot and a high chair upon request. You’re sure to find your favourite spot on the wind-protected terrace in the garden, where you can settle into your very own beach chair. You can park your car in the on-site carport, where your bicycles are also safely stored. Since everything is within easy reach, you can simply leave the car behind and explore everything by bike. The spa centre, with its shops, swimming pool, and playground, is just a few steps away.

Of course, you can also put your kiting skills to the test and glide through the waves at popular spots like Holmer Siel, Dreisprung, or Lüttmoorsiel. Boat tours to the seal colonies also depart from the harbour in Strucklahnungshörn, or you can book a horse-drawn carriage ride from Fuhlehörn to the Hallig of Südfall. And if you’d like to feel solid ground under your feet again, take a day trip to the Multimar National Park Centre in Tönning, the port city of Husum, or the canal town of Friedrichstadt.
