Laut Anzeige Parklplatz inkl. vor Ort dann aber doch gegen Gebühr. Internet instabil und Heizung ging nicht. Sehr geringe Küchenausstattung. Sonst war aber alles top und Vermieter extrem nett.

Enttäuschend

Die Wohnung benötigt eine Renovierung, und in der Luft ist ein ungewöhnlicher Geruch wahrnehmbar. Die Sitzgelegenheiten und Betten sind leider sehr unbequem. Zudem erhebt der Vermieter zusätzliche Parkgebühren, was nicht in der Anzeige erwähnt wurde. Im Badezimmer sind Schimmelpilze vorhanden (siehe Fotos). Insgesamt kann ich die Unterkunft daher nicht empfehlen.

Schöne Wohnung im Grünen

Wir haben einen tollen Kurzurlaub mit Hund gehabt. Die Gegend war sehr schön für kurze und längere Spaziergänge durch die verschiedenen Parks.

Wir waren für ein verlängertes Wochenende in Gelsenkirchen mit Hund . Die Wohnung lag in Park Nähe das war supi für uns. Stadion und Buer Innenstadt war auch nicht weit weg. Wohnung war für 3 Erwachsene und 1 Kind ausreichend für uns

Sehr freundlicher Empfang mit Schlüsselübergabe. Tolle Lage um mit Hund entspannt Gassi zu gehen. Zwei Parks fußläufig in weniger als 5 Minuten erreichbar. Alles wichtige wie Lebensmittelgeschäfte innerhalb weniger Minuten erreichbar.

Awesome Apartment (Tolle Wohnung) in Gelsenkirchen

We had a great stay. Peter the host was friendly and very helpful with our stay. It’s a great family place to stay. We were attending the Euro soccer matches in Dortmund and Gelsenkirchen and it was great to be able to walk back after the game at VELTINS-Arena. Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt. Peter, der Gastgeber, war freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit. Es ist ein toller Ort für Familien. Wir besuchten die Fußball-Europameisterschaften in Dortmund und Gelsenkirchen und es war toll, nach dem Spiel in der VELTINS-Arena zurückgehen zu können. Danke!
