Das Haus war sehr verwohnt, viele Mängel. Diese wurde der Rezeption gemeldet aber während des gesamten Aufenthaltes nicht behoben. Die Mitarbeiter schienen nicht wirklich interessiert. Lage schlecht und die Zufahrt zum Objekt eine absolute Zumutung. Am Parkplatz eine Rutsche sodass die Kinder immer gegen die Autos donnern.

Das Holzhaus (Wildgans Classic) ist leider sehr hellhörig. Kein funktionierendes Handy-Netz. Das Mobiliar ist teilweise abgewohnt (z. B. knarrende Betten, dänischer Kaminofen im Wohnbereich sehr kaputt ... erstaunlich das den ein Schornsteinfeger noch abnimmt...!?;... auch die Einrichtung der Bäder ist in die Jahre gekommen. Außenanlagen nicht gepflegt, kein Rasen gemäht, Hecke nicht geschnitten. Der Zimmerschnitt ist besonders oben, ist eine Zumutung (eng und dunkel)... von Lichtdurchflutung kann keine Rede sein.
