Look forward to a modern, Scandinavian-style wooden holiday home spread over two floors with a usable area of approximately 81 m². The house features a spacious, west-facing sun terrace. The approximately 300 m² lot is located on the western edge of the holiday park, right on the lakefront.

The holiday home sleeps up to 6 people:
On the ground floor, there is a bedroom with a double bed (160 × 200 cm) and a closet. Upstairs, there is another bedroom with two single beds, as well as a bed (140 × 200 cm) on the open loft.

The light-filled living area is furnished with two sofas, an armchair, a coffee table, and a sideboard. On cooler days, the electric floor heating in the living area ensures a comfortable atmosphere. The technical amenities include a 40-inch (100 cm) SMART TV with internet access, as well as a stereo system with a CD/MP3 player and an USB port. Of course, free Wi-Fi is available.

In the dining area, you’ll find a large extendable table with six cantilever chairs featuring spring-core upholstery, as well as a display cabinet for dishes and glasses.

The modern built-in kitchen is fully equipped with an electric range featuring a glass-ceramic cooktop and oven, a refrigerator with a **** freezer compartment, a built-in dishwasher, and a microwave. A coffee maker, electric kettle, and toaster are also included.

The spacious bathroom, completely redesigned in 2017, features a walk-in shower with thermostatic faucets (rain shower and hand shower), underfloor heating (including in the shower area), a heated towel rack with a timer, and a Scandinavian sauna. Practical base cabinets are located under the large vanity. There is also a modern built-in washing machine with a capacity of up to 9 kg.

On the loft, an additional table with four chairs invites you to play or relax; and a desk is also available there. A walk-in closet is accessible from the second bedroom on the upper floor.

The outdoor area features a patio with patio furniture, a parasol, and an outdoor grill. A designated parking space is located right next to the house. Next to the front door is a lockable storage room with shelves that is accessible from the outside.
