Look forward to a modern, two-story holiday home built in the Scandinavian wood-frame style, with a usable floor area of approximately 81 m². The home features a spacious, west-facing sun terrace. The approximately 300 m² lot is located on the western edge of the holiday park, right on the lakefront.

The holiday home sleeps up to 6 people:
On the ground floor, there is a bedroom with a double bed (160 × 200 cm) and a closet. Upstairs, there is another bedroom with two single beds, as well as a bed (140 × 200 cm) on the open loft.

The light-filled living area is furnished with two sofas, an armchair, a coffee table, and a sideboard. A modern wood-burning stove (built in 2025) creates a cosy atmosphere on cooler days and complements the electric floor heating in the living area. The technical amenities include a 40-inch (100 cm) SMART TV with internet access, a Blu-ray DVD player, and a stereo system with a CD/MP3 player and USB port. Of course, free Wi-Fi is available.

In the dining area, you’ll find a large extendable table with six cantilever chairs featuring spring-core upholstery, as well as a display cabinet for dishes and glasses.
The modern built-in kitchen is fully equipped with an electric range featuring an induction cooktop and oven, a refrigerator with a **** freezer compartment, a built-in dishwasher, and a microwave. A coffee maker, electric kettle, and toaster are also included.

The spacious bathroom, completely redesigned in 2017, features a walk-in shower with thermostatic faucets (rain shower and hand shower), underfloor heating (including in the shower area), a heated towel rack with a timer, and a Scandinavian sauna. Practical base cabinets are available under the large vanity. There is also a modern built-in washing machine with a capacity of up to 9 kg.

On the loft, an additional table with four chairs invites you to play or relax; and a desk is also available there. A walk-in closet is accessible from the second bedroom on the upper floor.

The outdoor area features a patio with patio furniture, a parasol, and an outdoor grill. A designated parking space is located right next to the house. Next to the front door is a lockable storage room with shelves that is accessible from the outside.

Utility costs are billed based on usage. Please note that bed linens and towels are not included in the rental price. You can bring your own or book them through your guest app link.
