Der Gesamteindruck ist positiv. Auf Wünsche wurde schnell reagiert (tolles kompetentes Handwerkerteam). Für das eigentliche Mietobjekt kann der Parkbetreiber nichts, das liegt am Eigentümer. In unserem Haus sollte schleunigst das speckige Sofa erneuert werden, sowie ein Großteil der durchgelegenen Matratzen.
