The property is professionally cleaned by a team of professionals who thoroughly clean the property upon departure and arrival of new guests. However, you can always contact the host, who can send the cleaning staff to do a review if necessary. In this case nothing was reported to the host about the stains or cockroaches, only the dripping tap was reported and he offered to send a technician, but unfortunately, you did not give permission for the technician to come in when you were not in the accommodation and at the time you arrived, after 8pm, technicians do not provide this service. However, the property was checked once it was received and there is no presence of insects that would warrant fumigation.
