The holiday apartment at the Predigtstuhl was completely renovated and refurnished in 2024. It combines modern comfort with an exceptionally prime location right next to the Predigtstuhlbahn. Here, you can perfectly combine holiday, relaxation, and—if you wish—productive work.
The apartment is perfect for 1 to 4 people and is suitable for couples, families, and longer stays alike. From your private balcony, you can enjoy mountain views of the Predigtstuhl, Bad Reichenhall’s local mountain. The valley station of the historic cable car is right outside the door—it’s just a few minutes from breakfast to the mountain panorama.
A special bonus for our guests: Five family-friendly walking and discovery routes through Bad Reichenhall are available on our website. Along the way, you’ll find little puzzles, interesting facts, and, at the end, a safe in the apartment with small surprises for successful explorers.
Smoking is not permitted inside the apartment, but is allowed on the balcony.

Welcome to this spacious 70 m² holiday apartment, which is ideal for 1 to 4 people—whether as a couple, a family, or for a longer stay while working from home.
The apartment was completely renovated and refurnished in 2024. It features a separate bedroom with a double bed and a wall-mounted loft bed, all equipped with high-quality mattresses, pillows, and blankets. This makes it particularly well-suited for couples and families.
The furnishings are modern and high-quality: induction cooktop, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, refrigerator, freezer, box-spring bed, and sofa—everything is designed for a comfortable stay.
A special highlight is the professionally equipped workspace with an electrically height-adjustable desk, standing stool, large ultra-wide monitor, webcam, keyboard, and mouse. Simply plug in your laptop and get to work—and then be up on the mountain or in the old town in just a few minutes.
The apartment also features a balcony with a mountain view, a living area with a TV, a dining area, and a separate kitchen.
Smoking is permitted only on the balcony.
The location offers a particularly pleasant combination of mountains, city life, and day trips. The Predigtstuhlbahn is right outside the door—so after a short ride, you’ll be at the top of the mountain in about 10 minutes, ready to enjoy the panoramic views, hiking trails, and fresh Alpine air.
Equally appealing: Bad Reichenhall’s historic district is within easy reach, and the train station is also within walking distance. This makes the apartment ideal not only for trips to the mountains but also for relaxing days in the city or for travellers arriving without a car.
On the Predigtstuhl, you’ll find a panoramic restaurant, a rustic mountain hut serving food and drinks, and many kilometres of hiking trails. In addition, Salzburg, Berchtesgaden, and Königssee are easily accessible. With the guest card, you can travel many routes conveniently by bus, and in some cases for free.
We have completely renovated and refurnished the Predigtstuhl 2024 holiday rental with great care. It was important to us to create a space that is high-quality, practical, and at the same time cosy and inviting—whether for relaxing holidays or longer stays while working from home.
It is especially important to us to offer our guests not only a beautiful apartment but also a special experience in Bad Reichenhall. That’s why we’ve also developed a little geocaching adventure with several walking routes through the city.
