With 5,033 square feet of living space, nine bedrooms with private ensuite bathrooms, and resort-style outdoor amenities, there’s room to enjoy your favorite people—and find a quiet moment of your own.

Pool Days Without an Agenda
Start with coffee on the covered patio, then claim an in-water lounger beneath the pool umbrella. Swim in the freeform pool, relax to the sound of the rock waterfall, or enjoy a soothing soak in the separate spa.

Poolside chaise lounges, shade sails, and mature trees give everyone a choice of sunshine or shade. The nearby outdoor half bathroom and shower make pool days especially convenient.

As evening falls, string lights illuminate the backyard. Gather around the fire pit’s curved seating and enjoy conversation beneath the desert sky.

Room for Everyone at the Table
The covered outdoor BBQ pavilion makes shared meals a highlight of your stay. With spacious counters and seating for up to 40, it’s an inviting place for leisurely lunches and dinners overlooking the pool.

Watch your favorite team on the large outdoor TV or settle in for a movie night. Additional covered lounge areas offer comfortable spots for reading, chatting, or simply enjoying the view.

A Little Friendly Competition
Play tennis on your own court, challenge friends to pickleball, or shoot baskets. Practice your short game on the putting green beneath shade sails and mature trees.

Backyard fun continues with life-sized chess, bocce ball, cornhole, and artificial-turf areas for games. Indoors, the dedicated arcade and game room and pool table keep everyone entertained between outdoor adventures.

Inviting Spaces to Unwind
Bright interiors, bold artwork, and a striking living-room mural give Solace Sands its personality. Comfortable sofa seating and a stone fireplace create a welcoming place to relax, while large glass doors connect the home with the backyard.

Prepare meals in the fully equipped kitchen, gather in the indoor dining areas, and enjoy Smart TVs and fast Wi-Fi throughout your stay.

Each of the nine bedrooms has a private full bathroom, making group travel more comfortable. White bedding, marble-look floors, and warm accents create a fresh, restful feel. Select bedrooms open directly to the grounds through sliding glass doors.

Sleeping Arrangements:
• Bedrooms 1, 3, 4, 5, 6, and 8: One king bed each
• Bedrooms 2 and 7: Four twin beds each in bunk-bed setups
• Bedroom 9: Two king beds
• Arcade room: Pull-out sofa

Set on a cul-de-sac and surrounded largely by nurseries, Solace Sands feels tucked away while keeping everyday conveniences close.

The Indian Wells Tennis Garden is just over two miles away. Nearby groceries, restaurants, coffee shops, and a neighborhood pub make it easy to stock up or head out.

Enjoy convenient access to Palm Desert, La Quinta, Indian Wells, and Indio, with Coachella Valley golf, shopping, and dining within reach. The estate is a spacious home base for Coachella and Stagecoach festival weekends, too.

Three driveways and extensive on-site parking areas provide flexible access; approved vehicle limits apply.

Please Note:
The tennis court is available for play; its surrounding fencing remains unfinished. The approximately 100-foot lazy river and 4,800-square-foot event center are under development and are not currently available or included in your stay. Price subject to change based on amenity availability and schedules.
