Die Lage des Objektes ist sehr gut, man ist in zwei Minuten an den Dünen und am Wasser, Ruck Zuck in der Innenstadt , dennoch wie jemand wie ich der Ruhe mag, ist die Gegend sehr ruhig. Um die Ecke eines meiner Lieblingsrestaurants „Tobis huis“ empfehle ich seit Jahren! Positiv am Objekt ist auch, dass es einen geschlossen Garten hat, dass ist für meinen kleinen Hund natürlich absolut super. Die Einrichtung ist nicht ganz mein Style, aber das ist Geschmack und dennoch gemütlich. Alles war sauber und gepflegt. Eine Matratze müsste bald mal getauscht werden. Vielleicht ein bissle hellhörig , insgesamt hatte ich ein sehr faires Preis Leistungsverhältnis in einem schönen Objekt. Der Schnitt ist gut, denn das Wozi/Esszimmer ist sehr großzügig und das ist insbesondere in der dunklen Jahreszeit sehr sehr gut. Wir hatten tolle Weihnachten in einem schönen Haus l.
