Located on a wonderfully quiet side street in southern Westerland, the beautiful ground-floor Apartment Nici is just a few minutes’ walk from the beach. The cosy living and dining area is perfect for relaxing together. The terrace, accessible from here, is surrounded by gorgeous hydrangeas during the spring and summer months. In the small, separate, and fully equipped kitchen, you’ll find a dishwasher, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a microwave, a filter coffee maker, a toaster, and a kettle. The bedroom features a double bed and a spacious closet, and the bathroom has a toilet and a hair dryer. In addition to the apartment, the beautiful property also features the Nici Bungalow and the Nici Country House, which can be wonderfully rented together for larger family gatherings. The Nici Apartment does not have an assigned parking space, but public parking is available directly in front of the house. Free Wi-Fi is available, and one dog is allowed.
