A warm welcome to the beautiful Alten Land!
Enjoy the peace and security of a gated holiday village, while still benefiting from the comforts of your own detached accommodation!

The holiday home is located in the heart of Europe’s largest fruit-growing region, very close to the dike and the Elbe River, just a 1-minute walk from stunning hiking trails and attractions.
In addition to an outdoor pool, a well-preserved historic mill, a tourist information centre, fitness trails, and fruit farms, you’ll enjoy Northern Germany’s most beautiful Elbe beaches right on your doorstep.

The house, which is surrounded by a garden, offers all the amenities you could hope for on holiday: a fully equipped kitchen, bedrooms (including linens), a terrace perfect for relaxing with a grill, sun loungers, and a beach chair, as well as a cosy living room, a new bathroom, and private parking.
The entire house was completely renovated this spring and now has a modern yet cosy feel!
The additional amenities offered by the holiday village—including a playground, restaurant, information desk, and bike rental—will do the rest to make your holiday an unforgettable experience.

Wir waren rundherum zufrieden. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter lief reibungslos und der Empfang war sehr herzlich. Die Lage der Unterkunft könnte besser nicht sein, eine sehr ruhige Umgebung aber alle Ausflugsziele sind schnell erreicht. Wir haben uns sehr gut erholt und kommen garantiert wieder.

Schönes kleines Ferienhaus

Dieses Ferienhaus ist ideal gelegen. Wir waren mit unseren Enkeln fast jeden Abend am Strand zum "Schiffe gucken". Ein beheiztes freibad ist auch in kurzer Entfernung, auch das Freibad in Stade ist einen Besuch wert. Bei schlechtem Wetter empfielt sich ein Trip nach Hamburg ( am besten mit derr Hafenfähre ab Finkenwerder bis direkt zu den Landungsbrücken - war ein guter Tip vom Vermieter). Wir kommen gern mal ohne die Enkel wieder und bringen die Fahrräder mit.
