The flat is situated between two dams / reservoirs in a quiet location with a view of the garden and adjoining forest
The living space is 45 square metres. It has a large, sunny west-facing balcony and its own car park opposite the house
The Innerstetalsperre is 5 minutes by car, a cycle path/hiking trail to the reservoir is 5.5 km away.
The flat is pleasantly cool in summer.
Dogs are welcome, if they don't jump into the bed and onto the sofa. :-)
Business travellers from the 6th month further discounts up to 45% per month excl. electricity and are exempt from visitor's tax.

You will receive an invoice by email after booking. This will include the price of the flat already paid, as well as the tourist tax and, if applicable, the costs for the dog.
Unfortunately, the system cannot deduct the tourist tax and dog fee, so it is important that you pay the outstanding balance directly to me by bank transfer before the day of arrival. At the same time you will receive the spa card by post or it will be ready in the flat.

Energy costs:
Electricity costs for daytime electricity are included in the price all year round. As we heat using night-time electricity, the costs for heating during the heating period are to be paid separately according to consumption. The heating will be set to save energy on the day of arrival.
