Private: property (fenced) with lawn, swimming pool angular, heated (6 x 3 m, depth 140 cm, seasonal availability: 01.May. - 30.Sep.) with salt water, shutter cover and salt-electrolysis pool-cleaning system. Table tennis, patio, garden furniture, barbecue, children's playground (slide, swing, sandbox). In the house: WiFi, sauna, hot tub (extra). Playroom, table football, trampoline, storage room for bicycles, storage room for skis, central heating system, ski boot dryer. Parking on the premises. Grocery 1 km, restaurant 750 m, bus stop "Jílové, náměstí" 740 m, outdoor swimming pool 750 m. Slopes 17 km.
