Frankenteich Vacation Apartment - Vacation Apartment

Our holiday rental is located on the Frankenteich, just a few minutes' walk from Stralsund's Old Town.

The holiday rental has two floors (ground floor + attic) and is located on the ground floor of a two-family house. In addition to an open kitchen and a bathroom, it includes a dining room, a combined living room and bedroom, and a separate bedroom. If needed, a second bedroom in the attic can be used. The landlords live on the ground floor. Please note the stairs; see photos.

The area is quiet and child-friendly. Well-maintained public playgrounds are easily accessible. Please also note our child-friendly amenities. Thanks to the short connection to the highway access road, both the island of Rügen and the cities of Greifswald and Rostock are easily accessible.

Parking spaces are available nearby, subject to availability, in public areas on August-Bebel-Ufer or Gentzkowstraße.

Bicycle parking is available in the courtyard. Alternatively, bicycles can also be stored securely in the basement.

Anglers are welcome and are free to use the freezer with two compartments. Additional freezing options are available upon request. Unfortunately, cleaning fish is not permitted in the apartment or on the property.



Holiday Rental:

• The holiday rental (1st floor) has 2 levels (1st floor: hallway, kitchen, dining room, bedroom, bathroom; 2nd floor/attic: book nook and 2nd bedroom)

• Well-maintained furnishings, spacious rooms with plenty of storage space,

• Laminate flooring (kitchen and bathroom tiled), carpet only in the living room, non-smoking home, no pets allowed,

• Bathroom with shower and bathtub,

• Fully equipped kitchen,

• 1st bedroom on the 1st floor with a double bed (1.40 m wide), 2nd bedroom in the attic with a single bed and a loft bed (the second bed is a pull-out bed) - Each 0.90 m wide

• The living room/bedroom has a sofa bed (width 1.40)

• Seating area in the garden available



Families are welcome. Please note:



• A cot, high chair, baby monitor, step stool, toilet seat for children, and plenty of toys for indoors and outdoors are available

• Stair gates installed in all directions + stairs to the attic; see photo

• Beautiful playgrounds nearby



Check-in is from 3:00 PM to 10:00, and check-out is from 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.
