Wohnbereich, Ausstattung der Wohnung ist ok, Bäder sind beengt und deutlich in die Jahre gekommen. Potential wäre mit wenigen Updates deutlich besser. Von der Reinlichkeit sollte man nicht zuviel erwarten.
