Vacation cottage Auen, Germany

Our holiday home is located right on the popular sailing harbour in Maasholm. Just a few steps from the water, the seaside setting invites you to truly unwind. With a direct view across Schlei Bay towards the Schleimünde Lighthouse, you’ll be gently awakened by the sound of the sea first thing in the morning. This middle unit in a row of houses was completed in 2024 following a complete renovation. The bright, maritime-style interior invites you to linger and features high-quality, modern details to help you enjoy your holiday. The spacious layout provides families with plenty of private spaces. A highlight is the loft in the attic with a view of the Baltic Sea. The terrace and small garden offer privacy and let you enjoy breathtaking sunsets. The surrounding area features small shops within walking distance to browse, culinary delights, a large playground, and a small, child-friendly beach. A free parking space and bicycle storage are available.



Auen Holiday Home:

The Auen townhouse was completely renovated in 2024 and is furnished in a maritime and modern style. It offers plenty of comfort and relaxation for up to 4 people (+ 1 toddler up to 2 years old).
Ground floor:
- Living/dining area with satellite TV and direct access to the south-facing terrace; open kitchen including a microwave, dishwasher, and pod/capsule and coffee machines
- Entryway
- Guest bathroom

Upper floor:
- 1 bedroom (1 box-spring bed, 200 x 200 cm); linen package available for an additional fee
- 1 bedroom (1 box-spring bed, 180 x 200 cm); linens package available for an additional fee
- Shower room, toilet, sink, mirror, towel warmer; Linen package available for an additional fee

Loft:
- A staircase leads up to the open loft, which is furnished with modern recliners. From up here, you have a fantastic view of the harbour and the sea.

Wi-Fi, a free parking space, and bicycle storage are available. A laundry package can be booked for 25 euros per person (guests must make their own beds).
Pets are not allowed.



Check-in is from 4:00 to 12:00 a.m., and check-out is from 12:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.
