The holiday rental is located on a former farm in the quiet valley of the Brohlbach
not far from the towns of Kaifenheim, Brachtendorf, and Zettingen in the Vordereifel region. The surrounding fields, meadows, and woods are part of the farm.
Despite its secluded location, your “oasis of tranquility” is very well connected by road (including the A 48 Kaifenheim highway exit) and thus offers opportunities for a wide range of activities and excursions. Via a paved dirt road—accessible only to farm vehicles and visitors to the farm—you can reach the country road and highway in 1–2 km, which will take you to the numerous sights and attractions in the immediate and wider vicinity:

• Eltz Castle and Pyrmont Castle
• Bürresheim Palace
• Martental Abbey
• the town of Mayen, featuring Genovevaburg Castle and the Slate Mining Museum, among other attractions
• Lake Laach with Maria Laach Abbey

The apartment is located in a separately accessible section of the farm. With 75 m² of space spread across 2 rooms, a kitchen, and a bathroom with natural light, it offers everything you could hope for on a relaxing holiday.
The spacious living/dining area invites you to relax and features direct access to the covered porch, which is ideal for cosy moments outdoors, with a magnificent view of the Brohlbach and the “Stegwiese.” The living/dining room is equipped with a large dining table, a comfortable sofa set that can also be used for sleeping, and a smart TV.
The brand-new kitchen features two kitchen units with plenty of storage space and is fully equipped with a ceramic-glass electric stove, an eye-level oven, a large fridge-freezer, additional appliances, and all the necessary kitchen utensils for daily use.
The spacious bedroom, facing the inner courtyard, is furnished with a large double bed (180x200 cm) and a wardrobe with plenty of storage space.
The bathroom, which is flooded with natural light, features a large bathtub that can also be used as a shower thanks to a fold-out glass partition.
