A 65-square-meter, 2-room apartment with a renovated interior in the heart of Aschaffenburg, right next to Johannisburg Castle and the Main River. The apartment is fully equipped with high-quality furniture, solid wood floors, custom-made solid wood doors, and state-of-the-art, high-quality smart flat-screen TVs in the bedroom and living room. The kitchen features a Bora range hood and brand-name appliances such as Smeg. An 11-kilogram washing machine is available in the bathroom. For sustainability reasons, we have opted not to include a dryer. Laundry can be hung to dry in the shared drying room. All furniture and furnishings come exclusively from regional suppliers. A parking space for a small vehicle is also available free of charge in the courtyard. All of Aschaffenburg’s major attractions are within walking distance.
