This charming apartment combines tasteful
decor with functional comfort. The studio is located on the ground floor
of a private home that is occupied by the hosts themselves; however, it offers independence and privacy thanks to
its own entrance off the hallway. A
free parking spot is right outside the door, and bicycles can be
stored safely inside the house. The studio features a terrace with comfortable
seating and a view of the garden—perfect for a morning coffee
or a glass of wine in the evening. An ideal place to stay for travellers looking for a cosy
retreat with practical amenities.
+++ Current Note: Renovation work is currently taking place temporarily
in the neighbouring house. Since no significant noise has been noticeable there so far,
your stay will normally not be disturbed. This notice is provided purely
as a precaution in case there are brief noises during the day on weekdays
after all. +++



Studio:

Our cosy apartment, ideal for 1–2 people, combines retro charm with modern comfort. Every detail has been lovingly designed to evoke memories and offer you a cosy home away from home.

The open-concept living and dining area is furnished with a cosy sofa, a small coffee table, a comfortable armchair, and modern seating. Here, retro and modern styles come together, and the atmosphere invites you to linger. Meals are enjoyed at the high bar table in the open kitchen, which is equipped with a refrigerator, oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, electric kettle, and microwave.

A double bed (160 x 200 cm) is located in the separate sleeping area, along with a smart TV.

The bathroom features a walk-in shower and a bathtub. Amenities such as a hair dryer, toilet paper, and towels are provided.

Our apartment is a non-smoking apartment to ensure you have a comfortable stay. The historic location in Hoyerswerda’s Old Town may occasionally result in some light noise from the cobblestone street. We look forward to welcoming you as our guests!
