Eine wunderschöne Wohnung mit zwei Schlafzimmern im Hochparterre. Der Balkon grenzt an die zwei Schlafzimmer nach Süden zum Garten hin. Großes Wohnzimmer mit schönem Esstisch. Die Wohnung ist nicht barrierefrei, da sowohl zum Eingang hin als auch in die Wohnung einige Treppen zu überwinden sind. Im Keller stehen zwei Waschmaschinen zur Verfügung. Der Zugang ist jedoch eine Bausünde, da man hier einen Durchgang von ca. 80 cm in der Höhe zu "überwinden" hat. Die Sauna ist in der Gartenhütte untergebracht. Tolle Lage.
