Lovely 3-bedroom Cottage on Lake Martin in Beautiful Magnolia Cove Subdivision
Unwind at Lake Martin in this adorable Magnolia Cove cottage! This is a peaceful retreat no matter the season, but fall at the lake couldn't be better - cozy living room fireplace, screened back deck with TV, dining table and two fans, cozy stone-paved fire pit for cool lake nights in the back yard, and community hot tub to soak your cares away! With three bedrooms, including two king bedrooms, a queen bedroom, hallway bunks, and 2.5 bathrooms, guests enjoy plenty of space and comfort. All beds have Nectar mattresses for getting a great night of rest!
Magnolia Cove is extremely convenient with a grocery store and Dollar General both just 2 miles away. If you are on vacation from cooking, not to worry! We have multiple restaurants close by for good meals - Niffer's, Lake Martin Beach Club, Prime Steakhouse, Oskar's Cafe, and Lake Martin Pizza Co. are all less than 4 miles away! Whether you’re relaxing indoors or exploring nearby, this awesome spot offers a calming vibe that helps you truly unwind.
*Please note - Lake Martin water levels begin dropping in September. Do not hesitate to ask about current water levels if you plan to bring any sort of water craft.
