What makes this property unique

What I love the most about our lake home is that it sits about 15 feet from the water. From the living room, I can see the lake from 3 windows, but walk out side to the deck and you'll be in awe. Walk down to the ground level, and you are right on the shore now. The fish jump constantly, it's so fun to sit on the dock watch them do full breaches. I'm not kidding, these things are all of the way out the water!!

The best thing is that when you are done with your outside time and it's time to be inside the house, it's not a cabin. It's a comfortable cozy home!
